However, due to the recent global increase in green coffee bean prices, we can no longer maintain the same low prices without harming our sustainability as a micro roastery. Unlike large corporations, we cannot absorb the rising costs of the coffee market.

Caffè migliore mai bevuto

Ho acquistato il multipack per provare diversi caffè per drip coffee (caffè da fare con filtro), mi sono molto meravigliata delle note che effettivamente si sentono, non come i caffè classici che vendono in Italia che promettono mille profumi diversi e che poi sanno solo di bruciato. Per ora abbiamo assaggiato il decaffeinato e Yirgacheffe, devo dire che sono veramente buoni, ti avvolgono con il loro sapore e ti fanno aspettare con ansia la prossima tazza di caffè. Ricomprerò sicuramente questo caffè di qualità eccelsa.

La migliore torrefazione d’Europa!

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di provare un caffè specialty etiope Yirgacheffe da questa eccezionale torrefazione, e devo dire che è stato semplicemente sublime. La tazza era una sinfonia di dolcezza delicata, con vivaci note di gelsomino, cioccolato e miele che hanno lasciato un’impressione duratura. L’equilibrio e la complessità erano davvero notevoli, mettendo in risalto le caratteristiche uniche di questa rinomata origine.

Questa torrefazione ha veramente padroneggiato l’arte della tostatura, esaltando i sapori naturali dei chicchi alla perfezione. La loro meticolosa attenzione ai dettagli e l’esperienza nel caffè specialty li rendono, a mio parere, la migliore torrefazione d’Europa.

Delicious, good price and fast delivery!

It’s not always easy in Cyprus to find freshly roasted coffee I like, with higher acidity. Often you need to drive to one of not so many good roasters, or arrange it somehow.
I was pleasantly surprised to find 80 cup roasters with amazing coffee, its price and fast delivery. It is freshly roasted, so I can order it a bit in advance and still enjoy the flavour. I will definitely continue ordering from 80 cups, for sure it would be more difficult for me to find better beans for that price and with that comfort of delivery.

Coffee shop quality right at home!

This has quickly become one of my favourite coffee roasters! My order even arrived earlier than expected. The coffee is freshly roasted, and the flavor is amazing! Along with the coffee, there was a lovely holiday card included, adding such a personal touch. You can really feel the care and attention to every detail. It’s such a joy! And, of course, I wholeheartedly recommend you try this coffee too!

Superb fruity notes

Really enjoyed my first two cups of this light-fruity coffee. I’m a bit of a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, and have been looking for something that beats the local blends of my region (Algarve, Portugal). This coffee was just what I was looking for. If you’re into light fruity-noted, hipster cafe style bitterness and just an all-round great aroma, look no further.

Fresh and nice

I’m thrilled with this coffee! It arrived quickly and smelled amazing, just as fresh as promised.. Rich, full of flavor and aroma
