Q & A

Is 3 days of resting coffee enough for espresso? Martijn asked on October 15, 2024

In my experience, after 2 days of resting, the coffee produces good shots(not best) due to the medium-level roast, but preferences and tools can vary. Typically, 3 days of resting will release most of the CO2 and allow the flavors to settle more fully.
