This coffee comes from small garden plots around Chuave, in the Simbu highlands of Papua New Guinea. Farmers hand-pulp the cherries on their own farms, ferment them for 24 hours in wooden boxes, wash them in river water, and dry them on tarpaulin sheets.

Superb coffee beans!!

I discovered this shop a few months ago, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed. I had never bought coffee online before—I was always hesitant about what I might receive—but this has been one of the best surprises. The coffee from this seller is hands down some of the best I’ve ever tried.

I’m quite picky when it comes to coffee and make a point of visiting top-rated coffee shops wherever I travel. These beans easily rival (and often surpass) those I’ve had from renowned cafés around the world. Every variety I’ve tried has been excellent. As a fan of fruity and acidic profiles, I’ve particularly enjoyed the African beans—they never disappoint.

A lovely touch that really sets this shop apart is the handwritten note included with each order. It’s a small gesture, but it adds such warmth and personality to the experience.

Tostatura chiara e prodotto fresco

Il venditore si è dimostrato gentile ed attento. Ha soddisfatto ogni mia richiesta.
Il caffè è di qualità e si vede già a partire dalla tostatura light ed eseguita ad arte qualche giorno dopo l’ordine. Spedizione veloce considerando che arrivano da Rotterdam. Ho avuto modo di provare un Colombia huila e un Guatemala, entrambi in espresso molto buoni. Rispettivamente in base al profilo e alle caratteristiche proprie avevano acidità molto bilanciata, amaro assente e crema elastica. Contento 🔝
