Il caffè è di qualità e si vede già a partire dalla tostatura light ed eseguita ad arte qualche giorno dopo l’ordine. Spedizione veloce considerando che arrivano da Rotterdam. Ho avuto modo di provare un Colombia huila e un Guatemala, entrambi in espresso molto buoni. Rispettivamente in base al profilo e alle caratteristiche proprie avevano acidità molto bilanciata, amaro assente e crema elastica. Contento 🔝
