In my experience, after 2 days of resting, the coffee produces good shots(not best) due to the medium-level roast, but preferences and tools can vary. Typically, 3 days of resting will release most of the CO2 and allow the flavors to settle more fully.

After 10 days, I remembered to write my feedback while drinking my lungo. As a 2:1 espresso, it’s a bit too acidic for me. However as a 3-4:1 espresso, I really enjoy it and can taste a lot of flavors and it is balanced

I am really excited to have a coffee roasted for me. It felt even more special with the note they added to the box. I got my coffee in Stuttgart in 2 days. I like medium body for my drip coffee, and it has a combination of orange and chocolatey flavors, as mentioned on the bag.

I thought I had to wait 4 days for delivery. I got it within 2 days which was a surprse. Thanks for the gift that came in box :). Taste wise, nice, smooth coffee with a sweet undertone. Works great in my automatic espresso machine. The crema was thick and full of flavors, without any bitterness.
